Dear customers,

Due to the threat existing in our country, caused by the COVID-19 virus outbreak, ART.MAS introduces the following changes in service and order handling:

1. From March 16th, the office and sales department are closed for the customers.

2. All domestic and export orders should be placed via the online store, by e-mail or phone.

3. The customer can place an order with personal pickup at the company's headquarters, but he is not allowed into the office part and should head directed to the appropriate bay window of the warehouse, where the goods will be released to him.

4. It is not possible to pay cash at the company's headquarters. Customers without a deferred payment option will have VAT invoices issued with a prepayment option.

5. Prepared goods for the customer are moved to the ramp. ART.MAS employees do not load.

6. In connection with not accepting cash payments, the goods will be released to the customer only upon confirmation of the receipt of the money on the company account indicated on the VAT invoice.
